Hello! I've bought a MacBook Pro 14" M1 this week. Something odd is happening. My customized signatures in Mail never synced, as they usually did when setting up new Macs. Then I've tried creating new signatures, but they always disappear when I quit and restart the app. I've also tried turning Mail sync in iCloud on and off, but it didn't work. Has someone experienced the same problem?

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to get signatures in the Mail app to work as expected. To help isolate this, use safe mode to start up your Mac as it does the following things:
Log in to your user account and test the issue while in safe mode and then restart normally and test the issue again.

" You can create prepared text, called a signature, to include when you send email messages."
