I have a number of different email signatures in macOS Mail. When I quit Mail, the signatures are no longer there and I need to recreate them.
This appears to be a recent issue for me, as previously the signatures remained.
I am currently running macOS Ventura 13.1.
Signing out of iCloud did not appear to resolve the issue. Is there a solution to this?

Next, have you tried automatically adding a signature to your emails to see if that works? Learn how with these steps:
You can choose a signature to automatically add to messages you send.
1. In the Mail appon your Mac, choose Mail > Settings, then click Signatures.
2. Select an account in the left column.
3. Click the Choose Signature pop-up menu, then choose a signature.
4. If you have more than one signature for an account, Mail can automatically alternate between them—choose At Random or In Sequential Order from the pop-up menu.
If you want to stop having a signature automatically added to your messages, click the Choose Signature pop-up menu, then choose None.

I've done all that, and the signatures still disappear from the Mail settings (see below screenshot where there are no signatures shown).
I've done a little testing and this occurs whenever Mail is quit - it appears to loose the signatures from the settings.
