Straight Vertical Scratches on Ipad Pro Screen

Hello,

Yesterday i bought a brand-new ipad pro 11'.

After opening it up ay home i found two straight vertical lines that go along lenght and height of the screen and cross 90° in bottom left quadrant of the screen. After carefully cleaning the screen with microfibre cloth the lines are still present but harder to see. Is it normal or a defect?

Bezel has scratches after screen replacement. I recently had the battery replaced on my 13 pro max at the Apple Store. When I returned to pick up the device I noticed my screen had a plastic screen protector on it(not my glass protector initially installed.) The Genius Bar representative said the screen had to be replaced because they accidentally broke the cable. After reviewing the phone I noticed that my bezel is scratched where the screen was replaced. What can be done about this? I’m very anal about the care of my devices.

Scratched iphone screen after unboxing Does anyone have experience with a scratch on the iPhone 14 Pro Max display from the factory? Immediately after unpacking and removing the protective foil, I noticed a 0.5mm deep scratch on the right side of the screen. The local reseller says it's not possible. Has anyone experienced a similar problem - a damaged display on a brand new iPhone?

Ipad 2021 'bumpy' screen I've just bought a new ipad 2021. Fresh out of the box, the screen felt bumpy to use, like there is a slightly tacky surface in places. Not nice to use compared with my 2018 version. I found cleaning it with a cloth improved the situation but it's still not great. I don't know whether to return it for a replacement or if this is what they are all like.
