Bezel has scratches after screen replacement.

I recently had the battery replaced on my 13 pro max at the Apple Store. When I returned to pick up the device I noticed my screen had a plastic screen protector on it(not my glass protector initially installed.)

The Genius Bar representative said the screen had to be replaced because they accidentally broke the cable. After reviewing the phone I noticed that my bezel is scratched where the screen was replaced.

What can be done about this? I’m very anal about the care of my devices.

We are users on this user-to-user site......just like you. We can't make or explain decisions for Apple.

You will have to ask the guys at the Apple Store about your options and go higher up if you don't like the answers.
