Measurement Suspended. Noise app cannot check sound levels

AppleWatch 8. Noise app does not work. Keep getting a Measurement Suspended message. It appears to be related to the microphone as I cannot also speak in a call and Siri does not hear me. How do I fix this?

This happened after a iOS update a few cycles age and hasn't rectified since and even with the purchase recently of a new Ultra.

Voice Memo record button doesnt work Voice memo on Apple watch 7 does not work - Apple Community I have same problem. Restart didn't help, unpair/pair didn't help. When I press record button furiously many times, it starts recording. Though it is hard to stop pressing the record button at right moment because of response lag and because of that I stop the recording immediately. Horrible issue especially because only reason I have apple watch is voice memos. Previous series 3 worked well. SE do not work. Any idea how to fix it?

Seems to be a software but. Seems you will have to wait for a watchOS update.
