Water damaged

Hello, my phone got into the water without the sim cover, theres been moisture in the camera and its dead. Its been a week. Is there a possibility for it to dry out and turn on? I need to back up my recent data PLEASE help for options. Should i take it to a repair shop?

That's a serious problem.

Frequently liquid damage cannot be repaired since, if the liquid went inside the device, many internal components might be affected (electrical shock/corrosion).

Yes, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
