Left AirPod issues

My left airpod was for some time “dying” while displaying high charge percentages when checked (Even full sometimes) which was annoying but manageable. It has since stopped making sound entirely. When I put it in the case it displays as charging and at 100%, but when I take it out it doesn’t even show up on my phone. Like when you pull them out of the case and it shows the individual charge? Nothing. My right one shows properly and plays properly. I have: cleaned them and the case’s charging contacts, turned Bluetooth on and off, forgot/reconnected them, reset them entirely, updated my phone. Nothing has worked. Are they just broken?

Hello,

It sounds like the best option would be to take your AirPods to an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider, you can do so using this link.
