Gmail emails are being blocked from forwarding to my @me.com email address?

This is not taking place with every email, just some. I am revisiting a post which has been addressed it seems without resolution a number of times.

The message I get is: Traffic Light graphic followed by "message blocked" Then click on technical details. Please note that the issue is fairly recent. I clear all spam and junk daily. I have also set up my @gmail.com to automatically forward to my @me.com email address.
