Real Life Jogging
Hello!
I'm looking for a way to set the Apple Watch Fitness to auto-detect when I'm walking and then eventually start running and then walk again and repeat, instantaneously. Is there such a feature or setting?
I think that in real life you don't just run and then stop suddenly. I believe you still need to walk after running, and it's cumbersome to go to your watch just to end "Run" and start "Walk" or vice versa when you start your workout... most people walk first for a few minutes and then start to run and then walk.
Or maybe it's just me :-D
