After upgrading my MacBook Air M1 Xfinity Stream stopped working. It never presents the login screen. This is also the behavior on my iPad.
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.6
I have isolated it to the following (having exhausted all browsers, settings, cables +). It works perfectly on my new macbook air m2, BUT when I add an extended monitor, that's when audio only, no video is experienced. I'm using the J5 Create docking station with HDMI ports.

My iPadOS is 15.7 and the Xfinity Stream app which I deleted and added after restarting my iPad won’t recognize sign-in. The button grays out and comes back with we’re sorry message.
I'm having the same issue on my MacBook Air m1 using macOS Monterey Version 12.6.

I don't even get that far, just the blinking ellipsis
Today mine is back to the same not connecting status.
Same problem on iMac after updating to Safari 16.1. on Monterey 12.6.1
I am able to stream on Firefox.
Seems like what happened last year when Xfinity had not signed certification on Safari.
Sometimes I think they don’t even read the messages
they don’t. It’s usually canned answers instead of actual assistance when they do.

you don’t download an app to watch it on a laptop. That’s the issue we folks in this are having. Not an app issue at all.
I'm not referring to the app. All of these instructions refer to the Xfinity website on a Chrome browser on a Macbook Air.
