AirPods volume inconsistent

my airpods sound only loud when i pivot them through 90degrees whilst in my ears or swap them from left to right!!s any ideas why this is??

AirPods Pro too loud even on lowest volume setting I've recently bought a pair AirPods 3rd gen and when I use them connected to my iPhone they are much too loud, even on the lowest volume setting. At the moment, the AirPods are pretty much unusable.

Airpods sound only coming out of side speaker The sound from my airpods is only coming out of the side and not the main speaker. We have tried resetting and cleaning them. I there anything else we could do to try and fix this problem?

You may have spatial audio on. Turn it off.
