I live in the UK and Thailand splitting my time as and when.
I have a MacBook air for a lot of my work. But I want a Mac Mini for some heavy lifting.
If I buy the Mac Mini M1, in the UK will I have warranty coverage in Thailand Also?
Apple's warranty coverage may vary reflected by the given country's legal system and terms for Apple doing business in that country. Apple in Britain should be able to advise you on warranty terms in Britain and Thailand.
Although that document shows a Mac computer is covered for the standard 1-year warranty service, this more recent document says Apple may restrict AppleCarePlus coverage to the country in which the device as purchased. See section 4:
Not OP’s question - the document you refer to is specifically for US customers that too on AppleCare+.
