I have the latest iOS update and have done exactly what was advised and I still cannot get Siri to respond to “Hey Siri” or do a proper voice to text message. I loved updated voice dictation and not sure why it will not work now!

I have the latest iOS update and have done exactly what was advised and I still cannot get Siri to respond to “Hey Siri” or do a proper voice to text message. I loved updated voice dictation and not sure why it will not work now! I have done what I’ve read on the forums… hard reboot, turning Siri on/off, making sure voice dictation settings are on in the keyboard settings.. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
