Hi - The dictation to text feature is not working on my iPhone 11Pro, but my microphone is working fine. This happens in email, text, etc. An icon appears that has a small microphone icon with an x through it.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with dictation on your iPhone 11 Pro. We'd like to help.
With the release of iOS 16, the look of that microphone has changed. It is expected to have the microphone with an x at the top of where your message is typed. You can see an example of that here: Dictate text on iPhone - Apple Support
Aside from the x showing on the microphone, are your having any issues with this feature working correctly? Let us know a little more and we'll go from there.

Try this: Under
Settings > General > Keyboard > Dictation
Turn off (yes, Off) Enable Dictation
Restart the phone.
Return there and turn ON Enable Dication.

Thanks. When I start to dictate, there is a sound that indicates it is starting, the icon appears (like the photo), but nothing is typed from what I am dictating. It has worked fine before, but just seemed to stop. The microphone works, but dictate to text stopped working in text, notes, email, Snapchat, etc.
