Ipad 2019 7th gen stuck in boot loop

Hello, my iPad kept turning itself on and off while using an app yesterday so I updated the iPad and thought that would resolve the issue. Then it happened again so I backed it up to my MacBook and tried to erase all content and settings. This is when it got stuck in a boot loop. The screen is black and keeps flashing the apple logo on and off. I have tried to restore and update the iPad in recovery mode and neither are working. The error code that comes up is 4013.

I have updated my Mac and it is running on 12.6

Please can anyone help.

Having your iPad assessed by a technician - who has access to diagnostic software - is the optimum route to understanding the issue that currently affects your iPad. If a reloading your iPad with a fresh copy of iPadOS resolves the issue, your iPad will be “repaired” and returned to you.

For hardware faults, Apple generally offers a rapid replacement service - with which an iPad requiring a hardware repair is replaced with a reconditioned iPad of the same model and specification. The exchange service is intended to provide a very compressed period during which the customer is without a working device, instead of being deprived of a working iPad for the duration of a physical repair. Where offered, the cost will be exactly the same as that of a repair.
