How do I consolidate the individual subscriptions into one family subscription

My Apple Music Subscription and my spouses Apple Music Subscription along with our Apple TV subscription are all individual charges on my one Visa card and I want to consolidate the subscriptions into one family subscription. Once that is done, how does my spouse sign into Apple Music without loosing all the previous history from his individual subscription?
