Unable to receive short code Messages since updating iPhone to 16.0.3

Since i did the update to IOS 16.0.3 i am not able to receive short code messages from Amazon and Sam’s Club. Where do junk messages go and i may accidentally reported them as junk? Those numbers do not appear on my block list not sure why I am not able to receive those short codes but do receive short codes from other stores.

That is going to be an issue with your cell service provider, call them and ask them to fix the issue for you.

When deleting text messages the option to report junk states the junk report goes to AT&T and Apple who ever added that new feature with the update must know where those reported junk messages go. Since that new feature was added i accidentally reported junk both Sam’s Club and Amazon.
