New Iphone 14 Pro Max keeps restarting

Hello, I received my new iPhone14 Pro Max, and it would not stay on long enough to set it due to it continually rebooting about even minute or so. So I hooked it up to iTunes to see if there was a software update, and that also failed due to it restarting. After a couple tries, it went into recovery mode. iTunes is trying to restore it, but as soon as it starts to load the software the phone reboots and fails the restore. So now I am stuck and can not get anything to work. Any ideas?

I think I am going to just take it to the store and swap it out for a new one.
