What is the process OveService

I was in ActivityMonitor because an application was running slowly and I saw a process named OveService was hogging the CPU. I googled but nothing turned up. What is this process?

Please follow these suggestions and in the following order:

  1. Restart your Mac in "Safe Mode": How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support. Determine if that process appears while in that mode. It probably does not. Then, restart your Mac normally (not "Safe Mode") and confirm its reappearance. If it ceases to appear then there is no need to proceed with Step 2.
  2. Despite its name and the description within it, read the following User Tip: Removing "Search Marquis" / "Search Baron" / etc on your own - Apple Community. It describes a method to open the contents of three separate folders on your Mac and take screenshots of each one. In accordance with its instructions, post those three separate screenshots in a reply to this Discussion. To reiterate, the name of that User Tip and its description of that problem is probably irrelevant — the subject of interest is limited to only the contents of those three folders.

As it points out, please take care not to capture or upload any information you might consider personal. That User Tip explains how to capture only the information you need.
