Hello Geoffrey_Githiri,

To help us better assist you, can you let us know if you only experience an issue with Adobe Creative Suite, or is it happening with other apps and programs as well?

If the issue is only happening with Adobe Creative Suite, we would suggest reaching out to the developer, so they can assist you with this error.

If you need help contacting the developer, please check out this link which will guide you through how to get in touch with them: How to contact an app developer

Contact the developer of a macOS app

1. Open the App Store on your Mac.
2. Click the sign-in button  or your photo.
3. A list of apps appear. Click the app that you want. If you can't find the app, use the search bar.
4. The app's product page appears. Scroll to the Ratings & Reviews section, then click App Support. If you don't see App Support, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.

In the App Store on Mac, the App Support button is below the ratings and reviews section of the app's page.

Didn't get the app from the App Store?

If you have an issue with an app on your Mac but you didn't get the app from the App Store, learn how to contact a third-party developer.

Thanks!
