Problem opening any links in email since downloading Monterey 12.6.1. When I try to connect to something in an email, I get the message "The application can't be opened" with the number -`10683 in the box. Can't open the question either.

Why not? is there a setting in Monterey that changed?

Error 10673 would indicate a Third Party Browser is installed .


In System Preferences >> General and switch the Default Browse to Safari.


That or right click the URL in the e-mail and a sub menu appears and choose the Other Browser
