Where in the world did they put the way to change the coma into a dot (or vice versa) in Ventura ?!?
Before it was in System Preferences> Language & Region > Advanced>
There is no "advanced" tab any more ?!?
Can someone help ?

Just had the same problem - didn't think the answers here are the best solution for me so I searched by myself: Now Excel has the option to define the decimal separator and the thousands separator. Just do that:
For me the clean solution, no more messing around with language settings or command line solutions (even though quite cool).
There is NO advanced button on Ventura !!
On Ventura 13.2, Settings > General > Language & Region : {Region, Number format}
unfortunate I had to use sheets from google
It still does not give "space" as a separator option if I choose "." to indicate decimals.

-g and .GlobalPreferences is the same thing. i just copied my command originally from a different source.
What about the quote marks? Don’t matter?
Yes I just did after reading this thread. language and region won't open anymore after doing the command line mentioned earlier.
Same for me. Regional Settings won't open. I tried to revert changes with no luck. What a shame.
