So if I got a new iPhone form eBay for other place A new iPhone brand new sealed can I go to an apple store and trade it in for a different color like I got red can I trade in for a blue one when the iPhone is new and sealed?

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return you phone for a full refund if you purchase it from Apple. I'm not sure what the policy is if you buy it from eBay. Contact Apple and ask them.
