My phone is acting possessed 😬

So no I don’t actually think my phone is possessed but ever since I updated my iPhone 11 every time I’m trying to type on the keyboard or even just scroll through my phone on Facebook, it randomly starts doing other things. Trying to call people on messenger, video call them, starts typing what I’m typing into the search bar even though I never clicked on it. This is the second time I’ve retyped this as my phone has gotten out of this page randomly while I was trying to type. I’ve been watching videos and not even touching my phone and it starts pausing it and I fight my phone to make it play and stop pausing. I have tried restarting it, running a antivirus software and scanning it through. I have no clue what to do and it’s becoming so embarrassing when I’m trying to talk to someone through messenger and I start reacting ❤️ to everything and trying to call them a bajillion times or just trying to do anything and it just… has a mind of its own 🤷🏼‍♀️
