I have been using TracFone with an iphone 7 & recently purchaed an iphone14 online from Apple. I have moved the info from the iphone7 to the iphone14, but I am not able to move my phone number over to the new phone . I called TracFone & was told that TracFone has some issue that needs to be solved. It's been a couple of days & I am still unable to move the number. What should I do?

we have been unable to get my daughters iPhone 8 to iPhone 14 to work. Tracfone can’t figure it out. They say it is a known issue.
