iPhone 14 - screen went black
I get the new iPhone 14 one month ago.
During this week, something wrong happened. My screen went black all of a sudden. It was full of charge (it wasn’t on charger), good temperature, with no clashes and I was hearing the ringtones of the incoming calls .. but I couldn’t answer as the screen didn’t respond (the screen was totally black)
I left the mobile for one day (no charge in the battery).
The next day, I put it on charger and it worked again and everything went normal and I could even find the missed calls.
I don’t have any explanation of what happened.
Do I need to go to Apple stores or retailers to check something ?
I also have a warranty, should I use it and get a new one?
