Accessing Amazon prime video on a non Apple device

I subscribed to Amazon prime video via the app on my iPad, and the subscription is linked to my Apple ID. But now I can’t seem to link my smart tv, because I need to sign in to the Amazon website using the account linked to me subscription to enter the linking code. There is no option to sign in using iCloud/iTunes. How do I figure out what the unique subscriber ID is that Apple allocated to my Amazon prime subscription?
