Anyone having problems with Safari due to Norton after upgrade?

I upgraded to MacOS 13 Ventura. Then I kept getting "Safari can't open the page because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection except for Google. I uninstalled Norton yesterday and then reinstalled and the Safari worked. Today I am back to nothing at all loading in Safari. Is there anything I can do other than just dumping Norton again?

Dumping Norton is the best thing you could do even if it wasn't causing problems. Antivirus apps are not needed and as you have seen, cause issues.
