Warranty Fraud case !!!

What to do when somebody from the service center team exploits your warranty and gets their logic board on the name of your contract?


Can somebody help me in connecting directly with California central Team!!

The only method to contact an support team is to reach out with them through the link or walk into a store where they'll be able to troubleshoot any issues that you have with them.


However, looking at the images that you sent, I don't believe anybody in the forums can help you with your case as we are not apple employees. It seems like a legal issue rather an device issue.

Hi Stanley,


Already did that I reported my case to the team but the junior team stretched this case for the last 15 days.


Finally, they closed the case by simply saying they are not able to share any proof.


See some snapshots I am attaching here as well.


Now i don't know what to do?


How to esclate this issue?
