How do I get iTunes to recognize my iPhone and my PC?

iTunes does not recognize iPhone I am using the latest version of iTunes, 12.10.0.7 and my phone has the latest update, 12.4.1. Everytime I connect my phone to my computer, Windows, "iTunes could not connect to this iPhone. An unknown error occurred." I was having similar issues but with storage so I removed a lot of files, and had my computer re-imaged and cleaned. I even reinstalled iTunes and now I am getting this message. I also get the same message when trying to connect my old iPhone 6. I have tried restarting both my computer and the phone several times, as suggested, but no luck. HELP!!!!

iphone 7 running 15.7 not recognized by iTunes I upgraded my iPhone 7 to ios 15.7 last night. Now my phone is no longer recognized by iTunes on either one of my computers (Windows 10 desktop or Windows 11 laptop). Both Windows computers are up-to-date. Both computers are running iTunes 12.12.5.8. When I try to connect to either Windows computer (10 or 11) I receive an "Unknown error occurred (OXE800000C" error. I can see my phone under Portable Devices when I open the Device Manager. I have tried multiple cables and different USB ports on my Windows 11 laptop. On my Windows 11 laptop I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes. On my Windows 11 laptop I have also uninstalled all of the various Apple software that I can find (Apple Device Support, Bonjour, etc.). After uninstalling all of this software and reinstalling iTunes on the Windows 11 laptop I still receive the OXE80000C error. Any help that someone could offer would be great.

iphone 6 plus cannot connect to iTunes on PC I recently updated iTunes latest version on my PC, and my Windows also recently download and installed the Windows update. After all that, I found my iPhone 6 plus cannot connect to iTunes. There is an error windows popped up on iTunes when i connected the phone "unknown reason (0xE800000A)" Could you please let me know how to fix this. Thank you. Gu
