I recenly sold a PC cleaned the computer right down to the bios but now find its still authorized to my itunes account and I cant deauthorize it and replace it with a new laptop how is that possible not to be able to chose what computers are allowed to play music I have paid for. I cant even share it

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance. Only they can perform a second Deauthorize All within the year.
The reason for this is that their servers only keep track of the current number of authorizations for each account.

do you think for one minute I haven't tried this I cant de authorise all registered devices until july 2023 thats 10 months away it will be simpler not to use itunes
I have tried this without reply some days apple defies belief, if I was using anyone one of the 13 apple products I own it’s not an issue if your going to allow windows then play nice
