Apple Photos Extension Errors: Cannot load representation of type PUEditingInitialPayloadTypeIdentifier

Getting the following error in Photos when calling any extension: Cannot load representation of type PUEditingInitialPayloadTypeIdentifier. Nothing changed, everything was working fine but error started happening all of a sudden in Ventura 13.0. Please help to solve this

iPhoto won't save my edits Retouching or Cropping photos As of October 11, 2024, I noticed my iPhoto automatically updated. After the update, I am not able to save the edits I am making to my photos. More specifically, it will not save any retouching or cropping of my photos. I receive an error message "Unable to Save Changes. An error occurred while saving. Please try again later." Try again later?? Does anyone have a quick fix or is this just another Apple bug? I am not that tech-savvy with the terminal and coding. Hopefully Apple will issue a fix soon.
