I have an iPhone 13 pro max and my home screen is stuck on home. Would like to send you a critical alert. Therefore I am not able to shut down the phone. I cannot use the slide button to shut down. It’s not responding to me pressing any buttons at all. It’s just says that on the screen. See the picture.
