In:
"Settings" / "Apple ID" / "Payment & Shipping" .
This message pops up when I select "Payment & Shipping".
It asks to download "Music" from "App Store".
Just curious why.
I haven't used "Music" app for anything.
So I talked to Apple support and this started with an update and is completely normal. Idk why it’s just what apple done. You can bypass that way but going to:
settings>your name>media & purchases>view account>manage payments.

I am having same issue as well and keep prompting me to download "Music" when I want to check on Payment & Shipping.
Can someone from Apple say something????!!!
