dynamic island for airpods
When my airpods first connected, it showed the airpods on the dynamic island but now after 30 minutes of using it, it shows the old animation. The huge white box that pops out from below.

Let's try resetting your AirPods, this can fix a lot of usual behaviors. You can follow the steps for resetting found here: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro.
Also, Apple just released iOS 16.1.1 version. If you haven't already, you can see if the update corrects the behavior. Update your iPhone or iPad
