Face ID isn’t working

I recently gotten my iPhone XS Max screen fixed, it was previously broken. My Face ID isn’t working; however, my front and rear camera is working. What is the best approach to this issue?

Did you get the screen replaced by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider ... or from another third-party independent repair shop? If either of the former, you should take it back to them to have them get resolved for you. For the latter, you will need to work it out with them as they may have used non-original Apple parts or did not perform the repairs properly.
