I take alot of pictures and screenshots on my phone. I save everything to the Icloud but there are certain ones that I just started saving to my OneDrive. The issue that I have is the 30 photo upload limit at one time. Do we have the ability to change that number? I have tried to find the ability to do it but I seem to be overlooking it because I can't find it.

That appears to be a limit that is set by the OneDrive app and not by Apple. You should direct your question to 👉 OneDrive Support.
