Online Personal Session email invite

After you have scheduled your online personal session Apple will send you an email with the "sessions link" inside. does anyone have one of those emails? Has anyone ever done an online personal session? What was it like?

Online personal session Scheduled an on-line personal session. Received a text reminder that said to refer to confirmation e-mail with a link to begin session. no e-mail. Rescheduled. Again no e-mail. Trying again for a reschedule for 1/2/23. However as of 1/1/23, still no e-mail. I know they have my e-mail since they sent me the invite to schedule a personal session via e-mail. Getting text messages reminding me of my scheduled session, but did not get one e-mail confirmation with the link to start. Very frustrating.

Apple Free online session sends empty email (?) After purchasing a new iphone 13. at the Apple store, I got an email to sign up for a free online session for using the phone.. I made an appointment and the email they sent to setup the session shows as no content or sender in the email, even though It says Apple and the subject in the email header. I tried 2 appointments and they both failed the same way. I called support and they didn't even know the sessions even existed. They told me you can't call the store. Boo!

How can I respond an invitation email that's sent from client apps? I am using Mail app on Mac and I get many invitation emails that were not sent from Apple or Google. Those emails have no response section in the body. I can not see any support from Apple mail app for responding in email detail! Doesn't Apple mail support meeting email?
