Logic Pro: all tracks sound different/louder after bounce (DOLBY ATMOS)

Hi, just spent a couple of hours with a Atmos mix. Everything is saved.

Then I wanted to do a simple test and bounced the project at default settings (PCM Wave 24bit 44100). After the bounce, I listened to it within Logic Pro again, and all tracks suddenly become obnoxiously loud.

I'm doing the mix on my MBP16 M1 Max and on a pair of AirPods Pro...

Prior to the bounce, I was mixing with about 60% volume (Mac OS volume) on my AirPods Pro.

After the bounce, I got deaf at 60% volume and have to dial it down to 40%.

Any idea what this could've been?
