GPU panic „Failed Power Play Resume”

Despite what some pretended in an earlier thread, this error is most likely a h/w issue.

as recently confirmed by a “simple” test (suggested by a senior advisor from Apple’s support line), namely to install a fresh MacOS on an external drive, and boot from that… if the error shows up, too, you’ve got the answer, it’s h/w.

On my 2019 MBP (i9), it suddenly became systematic when waking up from « deep » sleep (i.e. after an hour or so), and when on battery power. When the charger is connected, it happens also, but not systematically (yet, pretty often).
