Error 2002 is most likely an usb issue. Please follow these steps to see if it solves the issue

1. Use the USB cable that came with your device. If you don't have it, try a different Apple USB cable. 
2. Switch to a different USB port on your computer. Don't plug into your keyboard.
3. Switch to a USB port on a different computer.
4. If you still see the error, check for other USB issues, check your third-party security software, then check your hardware.

This is a USB connection error, either your port cannot supply enough power to run the phone during the update or the USB or iPhone driver is out of date. You should update iTunes to the latest version to fix the driver if that is the problem. You can get it from https://itunes.com.
