Locked 2020 macbook Air M1

Hey. I bought a second-hand macbook 
air m1 from the internet. 
I'm not a macos user and I left it unused 
for several months. now when I turn it on, 
activation locked appears. I took it to a local 
repair service and they said that I should have 
removed the apple id before it was blocked. 
I no longer have the seller's contact details 
and the Apple ID is only partially visible, 
I can't even contact him by email.
 is there any possibility to unlock it?

Exhaust all possible means of contacting the seller and having him provide the Mac's original sales receipt, because that is the only way you or anyone else will ever be able to use that Mac.
