MacBook Air not responding
Hi
not able to get into my MacBook Air. Can’t even repair or reinstall or delete.
Any suggestions?
Have ordered a iMac 24 to replace. But would like my old MacBook Air open again.

Based off of your picture, it looks like your Mac isn't detecting the internal drive at all. It also appears you're accessing Disk Utility via recovery mode. With that said, if it's not showing up there, then this is likely a physical issue with your Mac requiring repair. You can reach out to Apple to look into options with you further: Get Support
