Add payment method

My husband is family organizer and updated payment method this morning to a new credit card. When I try to make a purchase I can’t remove old credit card and add new credit card that my family organizer added. It keeps circling back to say, ask Doug to update payment method. Please help

I also got a new credit card which has the same number as the old one but new CVV and expiry date and it won’t let me update those details either. I can’t remove that card. Missing “Add a payment option” on Manage Payments on Itunes The current card that is attached to the account is no longer valid so I cant "Update" it. This is my personal account not part of a family plan. so I need to "add" a new card for purchases, however there is no "Add Payment" option.

update payment method if you are not the organizer My husband and I are separating. He has a credit card listed for family sharing and as a result I am unable to edit my payments to remove it and to enter my own credit card number. I don't have myself as being a part of this family sharing, yet I am stuck from doing anything regarding this. I don't want to loose my Icloud account.

Have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting the phone, and then signing back into the App Store/iTunes to see if that updates the payment method?
