App Store stuck spinning circle (iOS 16.0)

Hello everyone,

Whenever I try download an app from the App Store, the circle next to the app is just stuck spinning and the prompt asking for Face ID/password never appears. I have downloaded hundreds of diffferent apps in the past however it abruptly stopped letting me this week. I have tried logging in and out of the App store multiple times, updating my software to iOS 16.0 and waiting on 16.1.1 as well as hard restarting my iphone. Any ideas on the problem/fix?

Thanks

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.

Try again, see also -> If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
