Apple does not respond to the Feedback provided on the Feedback Site. I believe you were advised of that when you submitted your feedback.

Thank you. I hope you find a solution that works for you. FWIW, I also do not use Mac Mail as it does not meet my needs. I also use third party word processing. I think there is nothing wrong with using apps that satisfy my organizations requirements.

We do not "maintain" these communities.

By “a response” I mean by implementing a restoration of the previous functionality. I am not expecting a reply. Or, indeed, any action at all - being honest. That’s fine.

By “maintain” I mean reminding people of the terms of service and informing them of what is and isn’t appropriate for them to want to comment, and inform them of the correct use of terminology and phrasing. Perhaps I should have said “unofficially moderate”.

FWIW I’m happy with most of what mac mail offers.

It would be cool if anyone reading this provided feedback to Apple.

I agree this site is about responding to issues, not fixing software. And by and large the forum does a great job. Thanks to all contributors.

So have you submitted feedback?

I will get emails from many people at one company - Adobe for example. When I am searching for an email most times I don't remember exactly which person sent it. I need to see all emails from adobe. I used that search function ALL THE TIME!! A mediocre program just got much worse.

I am having the same issue- I need it to pull all senders from a specific domain.... not just one at a time

I relied on this feature too. In ios it only gives you two “top hits” without a way to see the whole list of results. I often want to search for a whole list from a company or name.

So, you are not interested in the sender, only, as was originally asked.

What are you paid for guys !!??

I get paid to run Operation Test and Evaluation projects. What do you get paid to do?

Barney-15E, that will search by that person only, and you will miss out all other emails from the company/school you need to search for. ie: @harvard @caltech etc

Seen the very defensive approach of Mr Barney, it looks like he doesn't understand what is the user experience very crucial to Steve Job..

Same here! Very frustrating that thsi feature is no longer available. @Apple Team, should not be to difficult to add it back, right?

It does not do the trick.

Can you please stop belitteling and help get back the search option which searches the entire domain.
