Apple TV app unable to open on Samsung TV (Smart 4K UHD TV 2019), error code: 243019

Unable to open Apple TV app on Samsung TV anymore. Have tried updating TV and resetting all settings without success. Any ideas?

Purchased TV shows show up in the Apple TV "tv shows" app, but will not play. Gives message: "An unexpected error occurred." I have already performed everything in the related question "If you can't watch or stream movies and TV shows in the Apple TV app". As well as resetting the Apple TV (model A1842, tvOS version 16.3.1). But no dice. The TV shows will play on my Macbook Pro and iPhone. Purchased movies, however, do play on my Apple TV. Just not the tv shows purchased from Apple. The tv shows did play about 1 week ago (2/5/2023) .

Apple TV app on Samsung smart tv gives error on log in. Other apps work just fine. Log in is correct. Fix? Recently my Apple TV APP on Samsung smart tv gives an error on log-in not associated with incorrect password. Error code: 641F8739. Samsung support says it’s on Apple end since all other streaming apps are working. I can connect to HDMI hard wire internet or Wi-Fi and same issues.
