Get help during an emergency

I have what I assume is an update notification on Get help during an emergency but I cant push it it does nothing. Software is up to date. 14 pro max. has red dot on setting icon on main screen and red circle with a 1 inside it on settings screen. how do I remove it?

Add emergency contacts

  1. Open the Health app and tap your profile picture .
  2. Tap Medical ID.
  3. Tap Edit, then scroll to Emergency Contacts.
  4. Tap the Add button to add an emergency contact.
  5. Tap a contact, then add their relationship.
  6. Tap Done to save your changes.

You're certainly entitled to that opinion. However, no one participating in this thread can do anything about it. You should let Apple know your thoughts on the matter:

Health is one of the pre-installed Apple apps. It comes on every Apple iPhone.
