icloud for windows non descript error

OK I am now, for some reason unable to log into iCloud for windows. Below is the very helpful error when I attempt to login.

I have done all of the "Recommended" steps including erradicating all things apple from my PC and starting again. iCloud is the only thing not working. (and all its associated folder etc.)

Apple Support was also not helpful and just said wait and it may start working again. It has been over a week now.

Any ideas at all?

"iCloud for Windows has not fully initialized"- Error while login to iCloud application. While login to iCloud windows app, I am getting the error "iCloud for windows has not fully initialized"

Log in problem on iCloud for Windows 11 Can't log in to iCloud for Windows 11. It gives me the message that: "iCloud for windows has not fully Initialised. Please wait a moment and log in again". Made it several times, the message is still appearing.
