Refund of purchase made by minor

Hi guys,

just want to see what’s my options, my son(11y)stole my phone and make purchases in roblox for $300. I already requested refund but it was denied, I asked roblox and they happy to make a return but they said because it was purchased through Apple only Apple can do it. I’m desperate as we really need this money.
